The fourth annual JoomlaDayUSA is almost here! JoomlaDayUSA 2024 marks only the second occasion of the event being hosted in person. Last year's event was amazing and this year is going to be event better. You don't want to miss this party!
I’m Not The Only One Who Is Pumped About This Event
When I heard this event was going to be held just outside of Nashville, TN, I got really excited. Nashville is an amazing place. My good friend Adam Melcher joined the JoomlaDay USA Team this year to help set it up at the Williamson, Inc, Chamber of Commerce Building.
I’m not the only one who is pumped about this event. There are several high profile Joomlers from overseas coming in person such as:
- Crystal Dionysopoulos the current OSM President from Greece
- Nicholas Dionysopoulos from Akeeba Backup (who happens to be married to the lovely Crystal D)
- Elisa Foltyn from Germany, a top notch Joomla Yootheme Pro website builder
- Eoin Oliver from the UK, one of the Joomla communities favourite presenters
- Carlos Cámara from Spain, premier Joomla developer and author
There’s also going to be some very influential North Americans there too. Besides Adam, a big portion of the event organizers will also be there such as Laura Gordon, Olivier Buisard, Robin Clapp, Josh Gilson, and myself. Several people who were at the event last year in Austin TX have also purchased an in person ticket too.

Cool fact about Nathan: he played keyboards for the legendary Donna Summer. He's coming to the event too.
If You Can’t Come In Person, Come Virtually!
This event is both an in-person and virtual event. A lot of work has gone into organizing everything to ensure both the in house and virtual participants have a great experience. Laura’s team keeps getting better every year at organizing JoomlaDay USA. Several new people have joined the JoomlaDay USA team. They know a good thing when they see it.

The sponsors have come on board for JoomlaDay USA 2024 nicely and we really appreciate them especially hearing recently that one of Europe’s biggest Joomla events, JandBeyond, got cancelled due to financial shortfalls.
