The article intrigued me so I decided to give it a try. It pointed to a freeware application created to allow you anonymous web surfing. A lot of people use the program to give them a USA based IP address. This particular application is called ' Hotspot Shield'. Hotspot Shield connects you to a virtual private network through which you can do your web browsing. It hides your IP address thereby masking the fact that you are from outside the USA when you are trying to connect to USA only content. It really works. I was able to connect to Hulu which previously shut me out of viewing it's content. So now I can browse their programming, I don't have to be left out of the party. I can find out what all the excitement is about with the latest merger between Disney and Hulu. What's more amazing than the USA web content I now get to access is the fact that I can access it. You really have to admire the resourcefulness and ingenuity of people on the Internet who figure out this kind of thing and pass it along to others.
